The general safety distance refers to the live or electric wire. According to the relevant regulations, the safe distance between the building and the power line is as follows:

1. Vertical distance: power line voltage level below 1kV, 2.5m; power line voltage level 1-10kV, 3m; power line voltage level 35kV, 4m; power line voltage level 60-110kV, 5m; power line voltage level 154-220kV, 6 Meter; power line voltage level 330kV, 7 meters;

2, horizontal distance: power line voltage level below 1kV, 1 meter; power line voltage level 1-10kV, 1.5 meters; power line voltage level 35kV, 3 meters; power line voltage level 60-110kV, 4 meters; power line voltage level 154-220kV, 5 Meter; power line voltage level 300kV, 6 meters; power line voltage level 500kV, 8 meters.

The above regulations are minimum distance regulations to ensure that the distance from the discharge accident does not occur. In addition, the safe distance of electromagnetic radiation should also be considered, but there is no corresponding regulation on the safe distance of electromagnetic radiation.

The National "Electromagnetic Radiation Management Measures" stipulates that more than 100 kV is a strong electromagnetic radiation project, and Article 20 provides:

In the vicinity of large-scale electromagnetic radiation equipment or high-frequency equipment, in accordance with the requirements of environmental protection and urban planning, no sensitive buildings such as residential buildings and kindergartens may be built in the planned restricted areas. It is understood that the current national regulations for power supply facilities above 100KV must be approved by the environmental protection department. Among them, environmental protection indicators mainly include four major components: electric field, magnetic field, radio interference and noise.

The power supply facilities set up in residential areas must pass the environmental protection administrative license, and these standards must be met: the power frequency electric field strength does not exceed 4 kV / m; the magnetic induction strength does not exceed 0.1 millitesla; the radio interference, where 110KV works More than 53 decibels, 500KV projects do not exceed 55 decibels; noise impact requires no more than 55 decibels during the day and no more than 45 decibels at night. As long as these indicators meet the standards, there is no strict requirement for the distance between the relevant equipment and the building in terms of environmental protection.

However, according to the environmental protection department, China currently has certain requirements for the distance between equipment and buildings. For example, a general 10KV-35KV substation requires a frontal distance of more than 12 meters from a residential building and a side of more than 8 meters. The construction of a substation above 35KV requires a frontal residential area of ​​more than 15 meters and a side of more than 12 meters. The box-type substation is more than 5 meters from the residential building. .

The following items are controversial, there is no legislation, and the law does not support:

1. For the harmful effects of electromagnetic radiation generated by high-voltage power transmission and transformation engineering on close contact, Professor Gao Jungang, Chairman of China Electromagnetic Compatibility Committee, Professor Zhao Yufeng of China Electrotechnical Society, Professor Tao Yongzhen, former Director of Beijing Labor Protection Research Institute, etc. Many experts pointed out that there is a large amount of scientific evidence at home and abroad that the electromagnetic radiation environment with a magnetic field higher than 0.2 micro Tesla may cause harm to the human body, and this has been confirmed by a large number of scientific evidence at home and abroad.

Note: 1. Generally, the environmental background value is 0.2 micro Tesla in the area of ​​2000 m away from the substation;

2. Experts from the British and American Electromagnetic Radiation Protection Professional Committee, after years of research, proposed to amend the National Health Standard (100 micro Stella) to 0.2 micro Stella;

3. Professor Cao Zhaojin from the Environmental Protection Center of the Chinese Center for Disease Control pointed out that electromagnetic radiation is caused by the accumulation of human health hazards. Even if it does not exceed the standard, it cannot be said that it is harmless;

4. During the two sessions in 2005, the National People's Congress and the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Academician Wang Xiaoyu suggested that "anti-electromagnetic pollution regulations should be enacted as soon as possible to protect the health of the people." It is clearly stated that "the original standards have been unable to adapt to new problems" and "the corresponding laws and regulations are required to protect the environment, safety and health";

5. The vice chairman of the Hunan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and the member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, Professor Cai Zixing, and other 16 members proposed that "the construction of high-voltage transmission lines and high-voltage substations should be far away from residential areas", pointing out that "in the current masses, the masses should have great opinions. Negotiating with the residents, even if there is no result in the consultation, especially the high-voltage power transmission substation projects to be built by some people, the power construction department should make one step away from the residential areas for the overall situation;

6. When the Beijing Municipal Planning Commission (2004 Rule No. 0638) approves the 220 kV underground high-voltage substation project around the Olympic Information Center Building, the clear requirement distance shall not be less than 2000 meters;

7. Numerous professional organizations and experts at home and abroad have confirmed through decades of investigations: "The population in the 2000-meter section around the 220kv high-voltage line is suffering from leukemia and cancer several times in other areas. Electromagnetic radiation can also cause miscarriage in pregnant women. , fetal malformations and cardiovascular diseases. Under high temperature, strong wind, heavy snow, rain, lightning and other meteorological conditions, it is easy to break and other hazards."
