2. Check and impact test (rod, cable, and pole foundation) on the pole and seat belt and the buckle or pedal before boarding the pole. Then proceed to the pole, reach the top of the crossarm, and lay the second protection rope. Hang the rope and the pulley on the cross arm and enter the working place along the insulator. (Stand on the wire, the foot is in a character, first stand on one side.) Put the main seat belt on the insulator.

Third, the ratchet double hook is lifted up, one end is fixed on the cross arm by a wire rope sleeve or a U-ring, and one end is hooked on the wire (note that the double hook of the ratchet should be on the side with a large span, and the end of the wire is covered with an aluminum wrap. Binding) The wire rope sleeve is hung up, one end is fixed on the cross arm by a U-ring, and one end is fixed on the wire by a U-ring, which serves as the second guarantee of the wire to prevent the wire from falling. 4. Now tighten the ratchet double hook and force it. When the force is just under stress, the main seat belt should be hit to the ratchet double hook, and the wire should be lifted, and the slack can be stopped. (To reach the insulator can be released) Perform an impact test.

5. Then ride on the wire and extend the M pin of the bowl head plate from the big mouth side to the small mouth side, and lift the bowl head plate up and out of the insulator. Then, the rope is used to bolt the insulator, and then the M pin above the insulator is pushed from the big mouth side to the small mouth side, or the insulator is taken out and the insulator is taken out, and the insulator is suspended by the rope. (If you want to change a string of insulators, you can use the pulley to make the old insulator gravity to lift the new insulator.)

6. After the new insulator is lifted by the rope, the insulator is hung and the M pin is restored. At this time, the rope should be removed. Then the bowl head plate is also good, and is locked with the M pin. And confirm that all are better. At this point, loosen the ratchet double hook and at the same time the main seat belt should be placed on the insulator and the ratchet double hook. When the insulator has just been stressed, the wire is subjected to an impact test. Now, the main seat belt is hit onto the insulator, the wire rope cover protected by the wire is removed, the ratchet double hook is removed, and the insulator is cleaned from the bottom up. (When cleaning, please pay attention to the large side of the insulator facing outwards. In order to see if the M pin is in the future, the main seat belt will be taken back along the insulator and the lower rod will complete the work.
