Littelfuse has announced a customized upgrade screening and sorting process for high-reliability TVS diodes . These components protect sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients caused by lightning surges and other transient voltage events, and are specifically screened and classified for avionics DC line protection and other applications requiring high reliability.
In addition to components with customizable upgrade screening and sorting processes, Littelfuse offers four "off-the-shelf" high-reliability transient suppression diodes : SMCJ-HR Series, SMCJ-HRA Series, SMDJ-HR Series and SMDJ-HRA series.
Littelfuse high-reliability transient suppression diodes are ideal for aerospace applications such as fly-by-wire systems, engine control, power supply/distribution, cabin electronics and displays, air conditioning, in-vehicle infotainment systems, radar systems, advanced airborne Digital computers and airport lighting. The product is also suitable for a variety of military, industrial and medical applications.
