In fact, most "multi-line heads" are generated by users----electronic factories. In the process of releasing the line, the machine is stopped every few minutes to change the transformer skeleton. When the machine is stopped, some of the tension control of the machine's pay-off line is not in place. Due to the inertia, the upper coil is pulled down and the lower thread is pressed. When the machine is turned on, the wire is pressed and pulled. The initial chaotic line was formed.

After the wire is broken, it cannot be used normally. It is necessary to remove the spool from the winding machine. Of course, you can continue to use it. However, in the process of handling the chaotic line, if you accidentally break a line, it becomes three heads. When you break two lines, it becomes five heads......... In this way, the axis cannot be processed. The process is returned to the warehouse and the warehouse is returned to the production plant in the name of a multi-wire head. This is the process of “multi-line” production and return.

In fact, the multi-wire head is easy to handle: use a sharp blade to pick up a few lines and grab the pick-up thread to pull up. Until a head appears.

3 Some production plants add enamelled wire segments on the light shaft to reduce costs, and can also be regarded as a special multi-wire head. The 1974 national standard allowed the addition of a line segment, but it must be marked. Most enameled wire factories have only one line segment on one axis.

4 In the production process of the enameled wire, two or more wires in the oven are together, which is a de facto waste line. If the operator forgets to put the waste wire off the machine, it can also be regarded as a special multi-wire head. But this probability is about one in a million.

5 The multi-wire head whose weight has not changed is mainly caused by the fact that the thread is not tight at the time of shipment, and the twisting of the thread during the transportation.
