The 5G37 audio power amplifier circuit is a typical auxiliary symmetrical ITL output circuit. It has the characteristics of wide frequency response, small distortion, good temperature performance, strong adaptability of power supply, and easy assembly and debugging. Suitable for desktop radios, recorders, black and white and color TVs, and various communication devices for power output amplification.
The 5G37 is packaged in a dual in-line 8-pin plastic package with a heat sink. An example of the application of 5G37 as frequency power amplification is shown in the figure. The function and selection of the components: 1. R1 and R2 are the bias resistors in the circuit. They determine the potential at the output of the circuit, so that Vcc/2.2.C1 is the damping capacitor, which prevents the circuit from generating high frequency self-excitation. 3. The closed-loop gain of the circuit is determined by C2 and C4. C2 generally takes 100~200μ, and R4 can be debugged in practice. 4. The RC phase compensation circuit connected in parallel across the speaker eliminates self-oscillation.
