The entrusted date is February 27, 2015, and the waiting period is 36 months. According to the closing price of Dehao Runda on March 3, the above-mentioned 130 million stock market value is about 1.1 billion yuan.
Previously, Wu Changjiang’s shares have been frozen several times by many courts. On September 18, 2014, the Zhuhai Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province first imposed a judicial freeze on it, and the freeze period was two years. Subsequently, the Chongqing Higher People's Court and the Huizhou Intermediate People's Court proposed a number of waiting lists for freezing.
According to the relevant judicial interpretation, the waiting for freezing refers to the registered property that has been frozen by other enforcement courts, and the enforcement court may wait for the freezing registration. If the freeze is released, the registration waiting for the first stop will automatically take effect.
In January of this year, Wu Changjiang was formally approved by the Huizhou City Procuratorate of Guangdong Province for alleged misappropriation of funds. According to the documents issued by the NVC Lighting Board, as Wu Changjiang provided bank loan guarantees and the sponsored enterprises failed to repay the loans over the period, NVC Lighting had more than 500 million yuan in deposits deducted by the bank.
