Currently, Skeeter has received attention from the Department of Defense of the United Kingdom through the National Defense Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL). DSTL announced an innovation plan for military technology research last year that encourages individuals or companies to submit innovative opinions or innovations to the Defense Department’s expert team. In the next ten years, DSTL will have 800 million pounds of budget to fund these innovators. At present, Sketer has become one of the funded projects.
