1. 3, bidder qualification, performance requirements

A) Qualification requirements

Qualified bidders (hereinafter referred to as bidders) shall be the manufacturers that have the capability of designing and manufacturing low-voltage switchgear equipment after being reviewed and certified by the relevant state authorities.

1) The right to have legal personality and independent conclusion of the contract.

2) Have corresponding qualifications and capabilities in design, manufacturing, quality control, and operation and management in terms of professional technology, equipment and facilities, personnel organization, and performance experience.

3) Has a complete quality assurance system (equivalent to the ISO9000 series of standards).

4) Has good bank credit and business reputation, is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business or bankruptcy, and assets have not been reorganized, taken over and frozen.

5) The bidder shall meet the bidder's requirements for the bid documents, and shall not belong to any unqualified bidders who are corrupt or fraudulent as defined by the relevant national administrative department.

B) Performance requirements

The bidder shall be a professional manufacturer of low-voltage switchgear equipment in China and have at least three similar equipment operating performance in three years.

4. Time for purchase of tender documents: From the date of the announcement to December 16, 2016, every day from 9:00 to 11:30 and from 13:30 to 16:00 (Beijing time).
