He explained that in the traditional impression, air conditioners are generally used for cooling in summer, and the heating performance is often not taken into account. Therefore, in the old version of the frequency conversion energy efficiency standards, the single- and cold- and warm air-conditioning energy efficiency evaluation indicators are the same. In the newly revised standard, a new APF index was introduced. For the limited value of the energy efficiency of the controlled speed air conditioner, the minimum allowable value of the APF under the condition of the specified working condition, air-conditioning cooling and heating operation should be examined.
