3. Quotation supplier qualification:
(1) The quotation supplier participating in the project must have the qualifications for Article 22 of the Government Procurement Law:
Have the ability to independently bear civil liability; have good business reputation and sound financial accounting system; have the necessary equipment and professional technical ability to perform the contract; have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds according to law; participate in the government procurement activities During the year, there were no major illegal records in business activities; other conditions stipulated by laws and administrative regulations.
(2) The quotation supplier participating in the project must be registered in the Heihe Municipal Government Procurement Network and approved by the Heihe Municipal Government Procurement Management Office.
4. The quotation supplier shall hold the supplier warehousing registration review (confirmation) form and the agent's ID card (original and photocopy) from 9:00 am to 11:00 pm and 14 pm from January 18 to January 19, 2010. At 1600, register with the Heihe Municipal Government Procurement Center (Room 307, Heihe City Finance Bureau) to obtain the inquiry documents.
