Since 2014, artificial intelligence has received unprecedented attention. But for the development of artificial intelligence, there are still two very different views in the industry. In particular, Eron Musk and Hawking's "artificial devil theory" has caused fierce debates in the academic and industrial circles. But this did not stop the industry giants' enthusiasm for the artificial intelligence market. From the analysis of market-disclosed investment data, in the five years from 2011 to 2015, M&A funds in the field of artificial intelligence increased from US$282 million to US$2.388 billion in 2015, and the number of M&As also increased from 67 to 397.
Artificial intelligence goes commercial
With the advancement of artificial intelligence, the resources and experience used by entrepreneurs and start-up companies are also increasing, and they are actively promoting the commercialization of artificial intelligence technologies. Today, the emergence of transformative partnerships, such as the cooperation between universities and technology/VC industry experts, can help advance those useful artificial intelligence technologies on a large scale.
From chatbots to data analysis to automation, artificial intelligence startups are developing solutions that will make existing processing technologies and related businesses more effective. For example, although Salesforce has made traditional CRM (customer relationship management) processing easier, it is still more or less analog to the company. New artificial intelligence technologies, including machine learning and natural language processing, can make the processing process more efficient by integrating data and human interfaces. As we move toward a society based on short messages, this efficiency will play an important role in the artificial intelligence business.
Although artificial intelligence-supported chatbots still need to wait a few years for improvement, for companies of all sizes, artificial intelligence robots that can provide rule-based responses are crucial assets. As in the traditional semiconductor industry and today’s self-driving automotive industry, universities are also working more closely with industry partners to make artificial intelligence a revolutionary product similar to the first silicon wafers of the last 50 years. With the impact of the iPhone that was born in 2007. Under such momentum of development, artificial intelligence will surely usher in an exciting and broad prospect.
Vacuum fluorescent display, referred to as VFD, is a low-energy electroluminescent display devices, the working principle and CRT similar. It has the incomparable advantage of liquid crystal display (LCD) in applications where there is a large variation in ambient brightness and no strict requirement for low power consumption, and is now widely used in audio-visual equipment, home electronics, automotive instruments, office equipment and instrumentation.
The structure of a VFD board is a typical vacuum triode structure, consisting of a cathode, a grid and an anode. In between the cathode and the anode there's a thin mesh of metal called the Grid that can be switched on or off, controlling the flow of electrons from the cathode to the anode. This VFD grid mesh is made of a thin metal plate with a thickness of 30 to 50μm, which is lithographed and made into a highly transparent fine lattice or tortoise-shaped metal mesh. When a positive voltage is applied to the grid, electrons emitted from the filament are accelerated and diffused toward the anode. When a negative voltage is applied to the grid, electron flow to the anode is cut off.
We custom VFD Grid with drawings provided by customers. The raw material we use for etched VFD Grid is SUS430 stainless steel. We are equipped with professional metal etching equipment and exposure development equipment. Our etched manufacturing capacity can achieve 0.05mm.
