According to the contents of the agreement, BDO Runda granted Shining Image exclusive agency to directly import (DI) LED products to Wal-Mart. At the same time, BDO Runda issued an announcement that the company and Japan's Two Birds Company signed the "Lighting Business Cooperation Program" on February 28. According to the agreement, in 2012 the company plans to grow 30% to 40% in cooperation with Double Bird, and in the next three years (including 2012), it will reach 45 million U.S. dollars, or approximately 283 million U.S. dollars, accounting for about the company's 2011 unaudited business. 9.23% of revenue.
