The production mode is out of date, and the introduction of automated production lines for LED lamps can further reduce production costs and enhance product competitiveness while effectively solving the problems of enterprise product quality."

Wen Kemin, general manager of Heding Circuit, once mentioned that after the realization of the automated production line, the company's overall staff will not increase, and the production capacity can be increased several times. Under conservative estimates, the monthly production capacity of the company's circuit board production can be increased from the original 10,000 square meters to 30,000 square meters. With the support of orders, the production capacity can be increased to 50,000 square meters, achieving a five-fold capacity leap.

The entire industrial chain of the middle and lower reaches of the LED is the same, whether it is the production of lamps or the production of circuit boards, the participation of automation equipment is required, and the support of equipment is needed to achieve the growth of production capacity. At the same time, the product price and cost are naturally reduced, and the cost performance is achieved.

Driven by the rapid growth of the current terminal lighting application market, the price of lamps is inevitably civilian, and the production of lamps in large quantities is imminent. Therefore, the introduction of automated production lines by lighting companies will become inevitable. LED lighting automation equipment in this favorable situation to get a cup of "ç¾¹", quietly entered the high demand period of the enterprise lighting automation production line.
