In the process of using the online densitometer, the two probes must be completely under the measuring medium level, and the maximum flow rate is below 2m/s. If the medium is corrosive, the wetted parts and diaphragm should be made of anti-corrosion material. Considering whether the part will be corroded by corrosive gases or process exudates, the filling liquid may leak and cause contamination of the measuring medium. A suitable filling liquid should be selected, and the connecting flange is considered to be lining PTFE. Care should be taken when using the online densitometer to prevent it from touching or squeezing the pressure sensitive diaphragm. The liquid level of the measured medium must exceed the position of the two pressure sensitive diaphragms. The online densitometer must be mounted vertically and cannot be tilted more than 5 degrees. When measuring, there should be no thick sediment layer in the tank to avoid affecting the measurement. Conventional densitometers are protected from corrosive or overheated test media when in use. The measured medium is not allowed to freeze, otherwise the sensing element will be damaged, resulting in damage to the densitometer sensing element. The online density meter should be installed in a place where the temperature step and temperature change are small and there is no impact or vibration to ensure the accuracy of the measured value.
