In the survey on the potential income of e-commerce companies' legal investment, 92.31% of enterprises believe that they reduce the chance of violating relevant laws and regulations; 76.92% of enterprises believe that they have commercial advantages and competitive advantages; 53.85% of enterprises think that they have improved internal control systems; 76.92% of enterprises Consider reducing litigation/claims; 76.92% of companies believe that the company's image will be improved.

In this regard, Yao Xiaojuan, a special researcher of the China Electronic Commerce Research Center, believes that as a legal professional, the greatest significance of the law lies in preventing problems. E-commerce investment in the law, whether it is an external professional lawyer or an internal legal affairs agency, will greatly reduce the operational risk of the company.
