2 system introduction
Blister molding equipment includes clamping systems, heating systems, vacuum and compressed air systems, and forming dies. One of the main processes of the plastic forming process of plastic sheet is the heating of the sheet (plate). This machine uses infrared heating method. The heat transfer form of infrared light is radiation heat transfer, with penetrating power, simultaneous heating inside and outside, efficient and rapid heating, small thermal inertia, and can start work without warming up.
