Summary:

This document describes a stand-alone, high power factor (PF), thyristor dimming LED driver design. It is used to drive a 15 V rated LED string voltage from 90 VAC to 132 VAC with an input voltage range of 500 mA. This LED driver is designed using the LYT4211E device from the LYTSwitch-4 family.
