1. The instrument is not charged. If the connection charger is not reflected (that is, there is no voltage display on the display window of the charger), the instrument may be over-discharged (the voltage is below 1V), the charger cannot be detected, and the charger can be discharged first. 2. There is no weighing signal after the instrument is turned on. Please check whether the battery voltage of the scale body is normal. Plug in the transmitter antenna and turn on the transmitter power. If there is no signal, please check if the instrument channel corresponds to the transmitter.
3. If the printed characters are unclear or cannot be printed, please check if the ribbon is detached or the ribbon is not printed, and replace the ribbon. (How to replace the ribbon: After loading the ribbon, press the knob and turn it a few times clockwise).
4. It is difficult to get too much dust from the printer. The printer head should be cleaned and a small amount of lubricating oil can be added.
5. There is interference with the electronic scale of the same frequency near the digital jump, and the frequency of the weighing body and the meter can be changed.
6. If you turn on the power of the scale body and find that the battery cable is hot or the battery is hot, please unplug the battery head and re-insert it.
