1, the body part
The test machine body is connected to the cylinder block and the upper beam by four uprights. An adjusting screw is arranged on the upper beam of the testing machine, and the rotating nut screw can adjust the no-load height of the testing machine, and the lower end of the screw rod is equipped with a ball seat on the upper pressing plate. The lower pressing plate is placed on the piston of the oil cylinder. When the test piece is in contact with the upper pressing plate, the upper pressing plate ball seat can self-adjust and balance, so that the test piece and the upper and lower pressing plates are kept horizontal. The lower pressing plate is engraved with the engraved line for the positioning of the test piece. When the experiment is performed, the engraved line should be aligned. A dust cover is arranged under the lower pressing plate to prevent or reduce the dust entering the cylinder when the piston is lifted and lowered, and the cylinder or the oil seal is damaged. There is a sealing device between the piston and the oil cylinder to prevent oil leakage. However, when the piston still has a small amount of oil leakage, there is an annular oil groove at the top of the cylinder body, and there is a drain passage to flow back to the large fuel tank.
2, hydraulic control part
The control box of the test machine is mainly composed of a fuel tank, an oil pump, an oil filter, an electric motor, a fuel supply valve, a return oil valve and the like. The oil pump is a direct-turning axial five-column pump. When the test machine is loaded, the speed should be manually controlled to control the rising speed of the piston (this speed is integrated with the safety valve). When unloading, the same principle controls the cylinder falling speed. . The test machine has been adjusted to the proper position at the factory, and the user does not have to adjust the safety valve during normal use.

1. When the test machine is hoisted, the hoisting wire rope is inserted into the hole of the ring.
2. The test machine is installed on a stable foundation 20 cm above the ground. Two M10 anchor bolts should be embedded, with a center distance of 320 mm.
3. When installing the test machine, measure the plane of the lower pressure plate with a frame level of 1/1000, so that it is in a horizontal state. When adjusting, use the horn (the horn pad is under the nut under the column) and then fasten the test machine to the foundation. on.

Operational guidance
1. Add 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil to the fuel filler port of the fuel tank to a distance of 5 cm from the lower surface of the dipstick.
2. Turn on the power to start the motor (380V 50Hz).
3. Close the oil return valve and unscrew the oil supply valve handle counterclockwise to supply the oil to lift the piston out of the bottom of the cylinder.
4, put the test piece, adjust the height of the screw, the course is adjusted to the test piece from the upper platen 1-2 mm.
5. When the test piece has not touched the upper pressure plate, the oil supply valve can be adjusted to rise rapidly. When the test piece contacts the upper pressure plate, adjust the oil supply valve to load the test piece to crush.
6. After the test piece is broken, open the oil return valve to make the piston fall back. After removing the broken test piece, close the oil return valve and do the next experiment (the speed is slow when opening the oil return valve).

maintenance
1. The test machine is installed at a clean and dry temperature with no vibration around, and no corrosive gas affects the environment.
2. The test machine should be kept clean to keep the moving parts lubricated and prevent rust.
3. Hydraulic oil uses 46# anti-wear hydraulic oil.
4. The rising position of the test machine piston should not exceed 30 mm. There is a ruler on the test machine cylinder, and the operator can check it regularly.

Calibration
1. The test machine is calibrated once a year.
2. The calibration of the testing machine should be carried out under the following conditions:
a) Room temperature is carried out in the range of 20 ± 10 °C.
b) Relative humidity ≤ 80%.
c) There is no vibration in the surrounding environment.
d) The power supply voltage fluctuation is less than ±10% of the rated voltage.
3. Preheat the instrument for 30 minutes after the power is turned on, and adjust the zero according to the instrument manual.
4. Start the motor and repeat the calibration after three times of loading to the maximum load.
5. The test machine only performs the relative error of the process indication value and the relative variability calibration. The calibration result should reach:
