1. Fault phenomenon: plc built-in 24V no output.

2. Reason for failure:

(1) The built-in 24V connection load exceeds the rated capacity, causing the output loop inductance FLT1/FLT2 to burn out.

(2) When using the built-in 24V connection inductive load, no reverse surge absorption measures are taken, resulting in excessive reverse surge current, resulting in damage to the built-in 24V output circuit.

3. Note:

(1) Built-in 24V output load is within the specified range: 24VDC, 0.3A.

(2) When the built-in 24V output is connected to the inductive load, reverse surge absorption measures are taken, and the diode and RC absorption are reversed, as shown in the figure:

(3) Wiring in the power-off state to avoid short-circuiting of the output terminal due to live operation.
