Even on Sunday, when he suddenly thought of a technical problem that needed to be verified, he would immediately go to the lab to "pour."

He quickly stood out. In 1998, Lin Geike, a technician and designer at the time, under the leadership of the project designer, participated in the R&D design of the largest-size TV “picture-in-picture” in China at that time. This TV is the first in the domestic color TV industry to use digital technology to achieve the technical competition between domestic color TV companies and Japanese and European counterparts, and won the second prize of the Ministry of Electronics Industry Science and Technology Progress.

Also in 1998, Lin Gaike participated in the R&D design of Konka's 32-inch widescreen 16:9 project, which was the first 32-inch 16:9 widescreen dual-window color TV in China at that time. But what really made Lin Gaike a small test was a flat-screen TV. In 1999, Konka aimed at the updated flat-panel TV technology and strived to make a difference in the market. Together with colleagues, Lin Gaoke constantly looked at a large number of technical materials and continued to innovate and optimize on the basis of foreign advanced technology, and finally made breakthrough progress. In the process of developing flat-panel color TV, Lingaike realized that this revolutionary product will bring a huge market to the company, and it is recommended that the company leaders go public as soon as possible and increase the product line.

From research and development to listing, Konka's 29-inch flat-panel color TV only took 4 months, 9 months ahead of the competition. Technological innovation means market and profit. Konka has repeatedly introduced leading products in the country, such as progressive TV, rear projection TV BT5090, digital TV, Internet TV, LCD TV LC-TM2008, LC-TM3008, LC-TM2718 and plasma TV PDP4218. These products have the sweat of Lin Gaoke.

The innovation has become more and more exciting, and Konka's products have won the recognition of global industrial design. In the 2008 “Global Red Dot Design Award”, Konka “MINI” 668 Art TV won the “Red Dot Award” for its world-class design masters with its outstanding design. Konka "mini" 668 art TV won the "world's top design crown", filling the gap in China's CRT TV design. At the same time, Konka LCD products have won domestic and international design awards.

In order to truly realize that "people have no me, people have me, people are excellent," Lin Gaike insists on doing innovative work in R&D management, and comprehensively promotes technological innovation from industrial design, structure, circuit, software and other aspects. In 2008 alone, it applied for and obtained more than 360 patents, reaching 508 in 2009.

The advanced technology solutions are transformed into terminal products, and they are pushed to the market with a wave of waves, which provides a strong guarantee for business operations.

2008 is a key year and innovation year for Konka to implement the “Olympic Strategy”. Lingeke led the R&D center design team and once again brought out the i-sport08 series of leading international brands of LCD TVs. The series uses "MEMC+120Hz" technology, and the unique motion image processing technology has greatly improved the effect of LCD TV moving images. At the same time, the series of products integrated, with a number of national patents, injection molding process, industrial design, human interface, etc., was praised by the industry as "the most suitable TV for viewing sports sports pictures."
