The corresponding cable connection materials also have higher requirements: First, it must have low smoke, low toxicity and halogen-free flame retardant. , Good resistance to ozone, UV, and corrosion resistance of oil, mud, acid, alkali and other chemicals; Second, the cable has strict dimensional tolerances, small size and light weight; Third, the need for anti-electromagnetic interference, excellent Electromagnetic compatibility; Fourth, to have good wear resistance, bending resistance, vibration resistance and impact resistance; Fifth, to have a wide range of ambient temperature and climate conditions. The medium-voltage flex cable for ship navigation developed this time is mainly based on the IEC60092 series standard design. It adopts flexible conductor with bending resistance, three-layer co-extruded rubber insulation and semi-conductive shielding, weaving split screen and total screen + semi-conductive composite shielding form, with oil resistance. , Wear-resistant, low-smoke, halogen-free flame retardant elastomer sheath.
