The project was established by Shaanxi Shenguang New Energy Co., Ltd., which was established by investing in northern Shaanxi private capital, and jointly invested by Japan Mitsubishi Chemical Corporation, Nakamura Scientific Instruments Industry Co., Ltd. and Beijing Yuji Technology Development Co., Ltd. The project's patents and technologies can produce new types of fluorescent powders for semiconductor lighting and display, with high luminous efficiency, high chemical stability and thermal stability, no pollution, and environmental protection.
The provincial government pointed out that the aerospace base has been developing very well as a national semiconductor lighting base.
